At Oxford Brookes I undertook a variety of different projects working on different roles within my team each time. On our projects, we would always work with a client as if we were working on the project for them which was an invaluable experience. Using skills learnt outside the classroom helped me as being able to gauge what the client was asking for and then working with my team to deliver these projects was an amazing feeling.

 

 

The projects I worked on ranged from regeneration, appraisals and masterplans, with the projects ranging in size from small developments in rural parts of the UK up to large neighbourhood developments in high-density areas of London and international sites such as Dubai in the UAE. This has given me the confidence to approach even large tasks head-on with the ability to use the skills previously learnt to help in the process to produce a quality product.
